Asian Golden Unity Production and Trading Company (Private Joint Stock) was established in 1994 under registration number 110122 in Tehran. It is involved in the supply, production, and distribution of automotive parts. In this short period, the company has been responsible for sourcing and distributing goods needed by its customers and representatives throughout Iran. Currently, using the best and most modern warehousing, packaging facilities, and specialized human resources, the company is active in the supply and distribution of its products under the exclusive AGU brand in Iran.

The company’s policy is as follows:

  • Production, import, export, purchase, sale, distribution, and wholesale and retail of automotive parts throughout Iran
  • Acceptance of domestic and international representation, including exclusive and regular, and establishment of distribution networks across Iran
  • Development of scientific and technical knowledge of employees through continuous training in quality, supply chain management, product sales, market research, marketing, human resources, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Creation of suitable infrastructure to enhance the organization’s technological level, aiming to improve product quality and sales
  • Continuous improvement of processes and systems by establishing methods for measuring key performance indicators of each unit and monitoring them
  • Commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Continuous development and completion of the product portfolio available to the sales network and increasing the supply rate indicator
  • Alignment with global markets to promote economic development and compete at both domestic and international levels

The company’s objectives are supported by quantitative goals and are reviewed annually. All employees are required to adhere to the principles of the quality management system and customer satisfaction. The management representative is responsible for the implementation, periodic evaluation, and reporting to the company’s CEO.

The CEO or senior manager is responsible for providing resources and full support for the quality management system.

All quality and managerial goals and programs of Asian Golden Unity Company are based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 10002:2018 Complaint Handling Management System, and ISO 10004:2018 Customer Satisfaction Monitoring and Measurement System.
